| unlevel dye application | Unlevel dye application occurs when more/less dye is applied to various lengthwise areas across the width of the carpet. This can be caused by a number of dye equipment malfunctions.The area of unlevel dye application may be darker or lighter in color depending upon the type of malfunction. |
